CEO and Founder

Eileen has been working in the technology industry for over 25 years in technical support, consultancy, and management roles. She has worked with social media and digital technologies since 2004. She is an accomplished and well-known speaker on subjects as diverse as Social Media, Digital Business, Online Branding, Communications, and the Internet of Things, and is an advocate for the advancement of Women in Technology.

She is a Contributing Editor for ZDNet, writing the Social Business column. She created the Connecting Women in Technology network – a cross industry initiative aimed at retaining female talent across organisations.

She is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists, where she is past Chair of the Equalities Committee and Chairs the Technology Panel. Her books include Working the Crowd: Social Media Marketing for Business, and Digital Marketer, both published by the British Computer Society.

In her spare time, she bakes artisan bread and makes a range of soft and hard cheeses.



Digital Marketing Strategy

Allister Frost is a Chartered Marketer who helps businesses achieve their potential through digital communication channels.

The former Head of Digital Marketing Strategy for Microsoft, he is a specialist in emerging online marketing techniques and helped reengineer how brands like Windows, Office, and Xbox use the social web to achieve their business goals.

He lectures on eMarketing Strategy at Middlesex University Business School and is a popular speaker at business conferences.

Allister is a regularly commentator on the rapidly changing communications landscape and explains how brands can benefit from the end of the broadcast era to unlock fresh business opportunities in our digital, socially-connected world.

During his twenty year marketing career he has also managed well-loved brands including Andrex, Huggies and Kleenex and today posts his ideas and perspectives to his popular digital marketing blog.

Kerri Mansfield Digital City Team Amastra


Project Management Lead

Kerri has been a technology consultant for 22 years,  providing transformational consultancy services to corporates, government departments, SMEs, and individuals.  Kerri has worked extensively as a coach, project manager, trainer and mentor where her ability to motivate and encourage was vital to company and individual progression.
Kerri is a Court Assistant, charity trustee, Liveryman, and active member of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists. Kerri started a number of initiatives including: coaching with the Royal Corps of Signals; the Diversity and Inclusion group, Mentoring group, and Judicial group. Kerri also ran multiple events during her 3 year tenure as Chairman of the Events Panel.
Kerri is a Magistrate and volunteers in Essex where she is a Bench Chairman and Appraiser.
A believer in life-long learning, Kerri has a BSc in Social Sciences, is a Master Coach and Master Practitioner of NLP and is currently studying for her Master of Professional Studies, Research and Development.
With two grown up daughters (both chefs) and a new husband, life is never dull!

Vicki is an expert in understanding business drivers, and how to communicate change, deliver transformation and work in partnership with senior stakeholders in a fast paced environment. Vicki has a track record of delivering and successfully transforming small business unit growth. Vicki is a Byte Night London Board Member which is a Charity sleepout in aid of Action for Children (Youth Homelessness).

Board member of Kipepeo Designs UK – Greetings card charity empowering poor women in Kibera slums of Nairobi. Changemaker for Working Families charity. Volunteer at Joel Homeless shelter, Kingston. Vicki has a passion for diversity, in 2002 she established the first women’s network in IBM pioneering the way for the execution of the gender diversity agenda for IBM UK. Vicki was a Founder member of Connecting Women in Technology (CWT), a cross IT industry womens network and is also a Consultant for Equality Pioneers.  Worshipful Company of Information Technologists – Secretary to the Wine Club, Active member of the Events Panel and Diversity Panels, Freeman of the City of London.
